最少圆弧逼近曲线的算法和Matlab的实现

讨论了三点圆弧最大误差逼近曲线的算法,理论上使圆弧逼近的段数达到最少。基于Matlab进行了程序的编制求解节点,用等弦长等弧长的圆弧替代理论圆弧,搜索节点的初始值,保证了程序的可靠快速运行。圆弧连接光顺性较好,数控程序段数少、效率高。     

门式刚架中半刚性节点的性能探讨

对半刚接门式刚架采用有限单元法进行了分析,研究过程中考虑了端板连接节点的半刚性以及构件的几何非线性,探讨了半刚性节点和刚性节点对门式刚架内力和位移的影响。

简要阐述了钢桁梁节点介于刚接和铰接之间的实际工作状态，对无法准确定量的节点刚性影响提出了包络计算的分析思路，从刚接和铰接两个极端状态对节点刚性的影响进行了包络分析，以指导实际工程设计。     

基于自适应粒子群算法优化DG的配网静态电压稳定性提高策略

为了改善配电网络的静态电压稳定性,提出一种接入分布式电源优化布置的方案。基于IEEE33节点配电网络和Matlab仿真测试软件平台,以静态电压稳定指标L(Voltage Stability Index)和最大电压偏差最小为目标函数,以最大电压偏差小于7%为约束条件,应用自适应粒子群算法(Adaptive Mutation Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm, AMPSO)对配电网络中DG的接入进行优化布置,从而提高了整个配电网络的静态电压稳定性。并通过重庆某地区的实际配电网络进行实例验证,证明方案的正确性和可行性。该研究所提出的方案,对配电网络静态电压稳定性的改善有一定的指导意义。     

狗骨-蜂窝式梁柱节点在低周反复荷载作用下有限元分析

通过ANSYS有限元软件分析狗骨式节点、蜂窝式节点、狗骨-蜂窝式节点（Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型）在梁端循环位移荷载作用下的受力性能.狗骨-蜂窝式节点滞回曲线稳定饱满,无捏缩现象,表现出良好的塑性变形能力.对比节点的骨架曲线,狗骨-蜂窝式节点不仅强度、刚度没有明显降低,而且具有节省材料用量、延性好和耗能能力强等特点.研究狗骨-蜂窝式节点在循环位移荷载作用下螺栓预紧力的变化,指出剪切板处6个螺栓中角部螺栓预紧力损失最为严重.     

图根导线结点网平差软件设计及实现

随着GPS-RTK测量技术的普及,针对“RTK＋全站仪”的图根控制网测量模式测设的导线控制网灵活多变。采用“结点法分别平差”数学模型,基于VisualStudio2005平台的VisualC＋＋语言进行软件编码,借助MicrosoftOfficeword2003的OLE组件实现资料输出形成word文档,形成了图根结点导线网平差软件,通过工程实例验证了程序算法的可靠性和可行性。     

Microenvironment of Tumor-Draining Lymph Nodes: Opportunities for Liposome-Based Targeted Therapy

The World Health Organization (WHO) recently reported that the total number of global cancer cases in 2013 reached 14 million, a 10% rise since 2008, while the total number of cancer deaths reached 8.2 million, a 5.2% increase since 2008. Metastasis is the major cause of death from cancer, accounting for 90% of all cancer related deaths. Tumor-draining lymph nodes (TDLN), the sentinel nodes, are the first organs of metastasis in several types of cancers. The extent of metastasis in the TDLN is often used in disease staging and prognosis evaluation in cancer patients. Here, we describe the microenvironment of the TDLN and review the recent literature on liposome-based therapies directed to immune cells within the TDLN with the intent to target cancer cells.     

临床腋窝淋巴结阳性老年三阴性乳腺癌局部治疗策略

因老年乳腺癌患者多伴发基础疾病,在选择局部治疗方案时,除应考虑原发肿瘤本身因素外,还需评估患者重要器官功能及其对治疗的耐受能力。三阴性乳腺癌与其他亚型乳腺癌相比,主要表现为侵袭性强、预后不佳;而临床腋窝淋巴结阳性的老年三阴性乳腺癌患者,局部治疗的选择则更为棘手,对于此类特殊群体,尚需探索更为合理的个体化治疗方案。     

A modified ant colony system for finding the expected shortest path in networks with variable arc lengths and probabilistic nodes

The problem of finding the expected shortest path in stochastic networks, where the presence of each node is probabilistic and the arc lengths are random variables, have numerous applications, especially in communication networks. The problem being NP-hard we use an ant colony system (ACS) to propose a metaheuristic algorithm for finding the expected shortest path. A new local heuristic is formulated for the proposed algorithm to consider the probabilistic nodes. The arc lengths are randomly generated based on the arc length distribution functions. Examples are worked out to illustrate the applicability of the proposed approach.     

Discordance Rate of HER2 Status in Primary Gastric Carcinomas and Synchronous Lymph Node Metastases: A Multicenter Retrospective Analysis

Background: The assessment of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) gene amplification is essential in order to identify those patients affected by advanced gastric cancer who may benefit from Trastuzumab targeted therapy. Materials and Methods: With the aim to investigate the concordance rate in HER2 status between primary gastric carcinoma (GC) and synchronous lymphnode metastases, we investigated HER2 status in a cohort of 108 surgical formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded specimens of GC and matched synchronous metastatic lymph nodes collected from three different units of Anatomic Pathology in southern of Italy. Fleiss-Cohen weighted k statistics were used to assess the concordance rate of HER2 status. Results: HER2 amplification was observed in 17% of primary GCs and the overall concordance rate with corresponding nodal metastases was 90.74%. Changes in HER2 status between primary GC and matched synchronous metastases were evidenced in 10 (9.26%) cases. Of these, 6 cases were HER2 amplified in the primary GC and not amplified in the metastases, while 4 were HER2 not amplified in the primary tumour and amplified in the lymph node metastases. Conclusions: Although at present the simultaneous determination of HER2 in advanced gastric cancer and corresponding metastatic lymph nodes is not mandatory, the possibility that the synchronous metastases of GC have a different HER2 status from that of the primary tumour is of remarkable significance; Indeed this may have influence on the therapeutic management and prognosis of the patients.
